How quickly will I get my designs?

Typically, most design requests are delivered within two days or less. For more intricate or detailed projects, the timeline may be slightly longer.

Who will be working on my designs?

At 7hink, you’ll have access to a dedicated team of experts, including designers, developers, data analysts, content creators, and project managers. Together, we collaborate to ensure every project is handled with precision, creativity, and efficiency, giving you a seamless experience from start to finish.

Is there a limit on design requests?

No limits here! Once you subscribe, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you want. We’ll work through them one at a time.

How are larger requests managed in subscription?

For bigger projects like full-scale website designs, mobile apps, or UI/UX work, we’ll break them down into manageable pieces. You can expect a steady flow of progress, with portions of work delivered every 24 to 48 hours until the entire project is complete. You could also opt for "Fixed Scope Project" for such projects.

How does the onboarding process work?

Once you subscribe to a plan, we’ll swiftly set up your dedicated Trello board—typically within an hour. After you accept the invite, you’re all set to get started.

You’ll find detailed instructions on how to submit design requests directly within the Trello board.

How do I submit design requests?

7hink gives you plenty of flexibility when requesting designs through Trello. You can submit requests directly on the board, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record a quick Loom video if you prefer not to write out your brief. As long as it can be shared or linked in Trello, it works!

What if I’m not happy with the design?

No problem at all! We’ll keep refining the design until it meets your expectations and you’re 100% satisfied.

What if I only have one design request?

That’s totally fine! Once your request is completed, you can pause your subscription and return whenever you have more design needs. This way, you won’t waste any unused time. Or you could opt for "Fixed Scope Project"

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the high-quality nature of the work, refunds are only available within the first week of service. However, refunds won’t be provided for any completed work.

Can I subscribe to 7hink for just one month?

Absolutely! You can use 7hink for a month or as long as you need. You’re welcome to return anytime you have more design needs.

How does the pause feature work?

We get it, sometimes you might not have enough design work to fill an entire month. Maybe you only have one or two requests right now, and that’s where pausing your subscription comes in.

Our billing operates on a 31-day cycle. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause, the billing cycle will stop, leaving you with 10 unused days. You can resume anytime and pick up right where you left off.
